11 Aug Saturday Style Guide
Today is a very special day for me, today my little girl Millie Mae turns 5! I can’t believe how the time has flown by so quick, I know such a mom thing to say, but 5 years have gone in a blink of an eye. That’s the thing about having kids before them you thought you had all the time in the world, but then once you have kids you realise that you don’t and the things that seem so important in your twenties are just not as important once you have kids. Life is very simple but we tend to complicate it with our (as the irish would say) notions. Notions of wanting the perfect life that is built on the snippets of some social media star, where in those 15 secs, their life seems so perfect and we strive to be that. When in fact we all have the same worries. We all want our children to be happy and healthy, are roof over our head and food on the table and once you’re happy with that then everything else is a bonus.
So while I’m planning everything for a 5-year-old party below is my Saturday style guide! All pieces featured from Penneys
